Placement
- Manages the entire candidating process.
- Maintains, updates and verifies all records of candidates and churches seeking a new minister.
- Handles all mailings on openings to churches and pastors.
- Verifies financials of churches and societies looking for a minister.
- Provides consistent and ongoing communications between churches and ministerial candidates.
- Works with United Churches of Religious Science regarding location approval.

Conferences and Meetings
- This includes total organization, coordinating registration, food, lodging, and organizing meeting space needs. Coordinating guest speakers, their needs, and program coordination.
